USAGE TOS

USE- private usage (wallpaper, saving, etc.) ✅- profile picture, icon, header ✅ OK with credit- reposting, reproduction / edit ⭕️ ONLY with permission, please ask- ❌ heavily referencing / uncredited or unauthorized usage of any of the above

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS- When commissioning me, you understand that I can use the artworks made for you as examples for my samples and for advertising my commissions. Otherwise, I will not touch upon your commission.- You may use the commission for: profile pictures, banners, backgrounds, saving, etc.- You may not: repost or edit without my explicit permission OR without crediting me

Commission TOS

GENERAL INFO- Pricing may vary depending on character complexity and other add-ons. If it is beyond your budget, please let me know as there is no penalty ever for backing out.- I will not draw any Mechas, old people, extreme gore, or complex backgrounds. Please DM me on twitter or discord beforehand if you would like to know more info on what I can and cannot draw.- Furries, complex designs, fanart, and light blood are all OK.- Additional fees will be added depending on: backgrounds, complexity of a character, the number of characters, commercial usage, rush orders, and other such criteria. I will ALWAYS tell you if there will be additional fees.- Please feel free to ask for WIP progress at any time.- I DO NOT allow my art to be used for merchandising, prints, or other such methods. Please do not commission me if this is your intention.- Commercial use is alright, i.e. streaming/assets, but I will charge extra.

PAYMENTS- Pay after I send a sketch WIP for confirmation. If there is no payment and/or you need a hold, I will not continue to work on your commission.- NO refunds IF I have already started on the sketch and you have approved it.

REVISIONS- All changes and needed revisions are free depending on complexity. If there are major revamps AFTER the sketch has been sent and approved, then there will be additional fees. Please feel free to ask for changes and I will let you know if any additional fees are needed.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY- Delivery time will depend and vary as I am still a student and have a queue. I will be upfront in contacting you if dates vary and to update you on estimated delivery time.- If you need a commission 2 weeks in advance of ordering, rush fees will apply.

COMMUNICATION- I will always try my best to be upfront and honest with you. If there are any issues, please DM me.- I am mainly active on twitter and discord under the same handle, mfmruu. If you would like to email me, please direct all messages to [email protected]

DO NOT INTERACT IF:

- basic dni criteria
- freaks/weirdos
- shedtwt / goretwt
- get into ship wars
- you support and/or use NFTs/AI art
- you think gender dictates what content you can make and consume (i.e. women shouldn't make/read BL content)

NOTE: I don't care if you are proship, compship or an anti and follow me. Just don't bring it up to me or I will block you. I will ship what I want to ship. Regardless of what I support and don't support, it won't change your opinions and thoughts, therefore I would prefer us to not talk about such topics. \ (^ _ ^ /
